Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. We offer delivery services nationwide all across the Philippines.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place an order through our website by selecting your desired bouquet, adding it to your cart, and following the checkout process. You may choose to add on a vase or chocolates to your order as well. We also allow you to send a hand written customized note with your order.
Q. Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
A. Yes, you can schedule a delivery for a specific date. While we strive to accommodate specific delivery times, we generally provide a delivery window of 10 AM until 6 PM. This gives our florists time to get your arrangement made up and delivered to your recipient.
Q. What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
A. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person will either leave the flowers in a safe location, such as with a neighbor or at the front door, and leave a note for the recipient, or return the flowers to our facility for re-delivery at a later time. You will be notified of the action taken.
Q. Do you offer same-day delivery?
A. Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Availability may vary based on location and flower selection. Please check our website for specific details.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. We offer a flat nationwide fee of only £7.99 Monday through Saturday!
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
Q. Who will deliver my order?
A. Once your order has been received, we will have one of our local florists create your arrangement and then hand deliver it to your recipient.
