Q. What areas in the Philippines do you deliver flowers to?
A. We offer delivery services across all parts of Philippines, covering Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can easily place an order on our website by browsing through our selection of bouquets, picking your favorite, and adding it to your cart. After selecting your desired delivery date, simply proceed through the straightforward checkout process. During checkout, you’ll have the option to add extras, like a vase or chocolates, to your order. Additionally, you'll be prompted to include a message for the card, which our florist will handwrite and include with your delivery.
Q. Can I set a specific date and time for my delivery?
A. Yes, you can choose a specific date for your delivery. Although we aim to meet specific time requests, we typically offer a delivery window between 10 AM and 6 PM. This allows our florists enough time to prepare and deliver your arrangement.
Q. What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
A. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery driver will either leave the flowers in a secure spot, such as with a neighbor or at the front door, and provide a note for the recipient. Alternatively, the flowers will be returned to our facility and scheduled for re-delivery. You will receive a notification regarding the next steps.
Q. Is same-day delivery available?
A. Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Please note that availability may vary depending on location and the flowers selected. For more details, please visit our website.
Q. What is the cost of delivery?
A. Our delivery fee is a flat rate of P500 for orders placed Monday through Saturday.
Q. Which payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept various payment options, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.
Q. Who will be delivering my order?
A. Once your order is confirmed, a local florist will create the arrangement and personally deliver it to the recipient. All florists have been vetted by Flower Shops Network Inc and signed up to terms.
Q. How do i make a changes to an order?
A. If you wish to edit an order such as change an item or change delivery address or the message, please email our Customer Service team at contact@flowershops.ph and they will get back in touch with you asap. Please note that once an order has been made by a florist we cannot amend an order. At busy times such as Valentines day and Mothers Day, we cannot guaranatee that we are able to make changes once an order has been accepted.
Q. What if i want to cancel?
A. If you wish to cancel an order please email our Customer Service team at contact@flowershops.ph and they will get back in touch with you asap. Please note that once an order has been made by a florist we cannot cancel orders. At busy times such as Valentines day and Mothers Day, we cannot guaranatee that we are able to offer cancelations 3 days before delivery.
Q. How do i get notified of confirmation and delivery
A. Once you order is placed, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email listing the details of your order such as product bought, delivery details and date of delivery. Please check your junk email if you didn't not receive an email notification. Once you order is delivered we will also send you a delivery confirmation so that you know your order has been delivered.
