TARLAC

In the Philippines, Tarlac is a landlocked province in the Central Luzon region. It is also known as the Province of Tarlac (Kapampangan: Lalawigan ning Tarlac; Pangasinan: Luyag/Probinsia na Tarlac; Ilocano: Probinsia ti Tarlac; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Tarlac; [tɐɾˈlak]). The province's most populated city, Tarlac, serves as its capital. The provinces of Pangasinan to the north, Nueva Ecija to the east, Zambales to the west, and Pampanga to the south form its borders. The province is made up of three congressional districts, seventeen municipalities, and the provincial capital, Tarlac City.

The province is located in Luzon's central plain, which also includes the neighboring provinces of Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Nueva Ecija.
