ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

Officially known as the Province of Zamboanga del Norte (Cebuano: Amihanang Zamboanga; Subanon: Utara Sembwangan; Filipino: Hilagang Zamboanga), Zamboanga del Norte is a Philippine province located on Mindanao's Zamboanga Peninsula. The province is bordered to the south by Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay, to the east by Misamis Occidental, and to the west by the Sulu Sea. Its capital and major city is Dipolog.

With a total area of 7,301.00 square kilometers (2,818.93 square miles), Zamboanga del Norte is the largest province in the Zamboanga Peninsula region. [1] It is also the 26th most populous province in the Philippines.
