NUEVA VIZCAYA

In the Philippines, Nueva Vizcaya is a landlocked province situated in the Cagayan Valley region of Luzon. It is officially known as the Province of Nueva Vizcaya (Ilocano: Probinsia ti Nueva Vizcaya; Gaddang: Provinsia na Nueva Vizcaya; Pangasinan: Luyag/Probinsia na Nueva Vizcaya; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Nueva Vizcaya . Bayombong is its largest town and capital. Benguet forms its western boundary, Ifugao forms its northern boundary, Isabela forms its northeastern boundary, Quirino forms its eastern boundary, Aurora forms its southeast boundary, Nueva Ecija forms its southern boundary, and Pangasinan forms its southwest boundary. In 1966, Nueva Vizcaya was divided into Quirino province.
